You deserve to feel good!

Passionate About Inspiring Others

I believe that everyone deserves to feel good about themselves.  I provide a judgment-free zone where you get to talk about your health vision. Health goals aren't just about numbers, they are also how you feel and think about yourself and being able to live your life to the fullest.

You're concerned with how your lifestyle and weight is affecting your health. You're confused about what to how and what eat. You're overwhelmed trying to figure it all out and make changes on your own.

I am here to help you!

You need to make nutrition and lifestyle changes but you don't know where to start. You want to be healthier, you are done with dieting, struggling to stick to an exercise plan, and are noticing more aches and pains and inflammation. You want to participate in life more, have more energy, play with your kids and grandkids, and be more active.  You're tired of feeling tired and sluggish, your "bad cholesterol" is now really bad, your blood pressure is creeping up, and your doctor keeps mentioning using medications. You have a strong family history of heart disease and diabetes and don't want that to happen to you.  You deserve good health, and a healthy body is priceless!

Through one-on-one and group coaching I will work with you to develop the tools, skills, and realistic lifestyle habits you need for your long-term success. You don't have to manage attaining your health goals alone.

I work with you on your path to success by:

  • Providing guidance and support on your journey

  • Reviewing your current nutrition and eating patterns

  • Assessing your sleep, exercise, stress, and lifestyle habits

  • Helping you develop tools, skills, new habits, and new ways of thinking

  • Nutrition guidance for energy and satiety

  • Finding ways for you to include physical activity

  • Providing nutrition and lifestyle information and tools

  • Setting realistic, attainable goals

  • Breaking down barriers that hold you back from success

  • Helping you incorporate mindful eating and feel more positive about food, not guilt or shame
